Bulk Container - Liner Installation
| Installation of liner.
Liner for 20' container: The rear end = gable end with door. |

Before installation of the liner, make sure of the following:
- The container is clean. |

Check you have the following items:
- Five to six steel bars - Two fixation straps - Two rear lashing hooks - Two front lashing hooks |

| Attach the fixation straps around the lashing point in the rear corner post at the container opening | ![]() |
| Pull a string along the ceiling through the upper corner hooks and the side lashing hooks. Tie and tighten the string. In order to prevent the liner from sagging, it is essential to tighten the string thoroughly. | ![]() |
| Place the liner on the container floor and unfold it | ![]() |
| Fasten the liner in the front of the container. The liner can be secured as shown. | ![]() |
| Insert a steel bar in the sleeve and place it behind the corner castings | ![]() |
| Remove the tape protection to
fasten the adhesive tape to the bottom of the liner.
Make sure the liner is firmly attached with edges positioned parrallel to the container walls |

Inflate the liner with air or shake the liner up and down repeatedly to facilitate easy installation.

| Attach the liner PE-hooks to the string, starting at the front and moving backwards in the container - towards the opening. When you pull the liner towards the container opening, notice that the side hooks does not prevent the PE-hooks from moving backwards. | ![]() PE

For retention of the liner during loading, transport and unloading, four steel bars are placed in the container door opening. The liner is equipped with a sleeve, located just below the loading tube. Insert the upper steel bar in the sleeve, and fixate both ends in the loops of the fixation straps. The remaining three steel bars are fixated in the loops below. |

To insert the steel bars in the loops, it is recommended that one fixation strap is inside the container door opening, and the other strap is hanging outside the door opening. When all steel bars are inserted in loops, it is easy to lift the fixation strap hanging outside the container door, and place it at proper place inside the container |

Bulk Container - Loading
| Pneumatic filling must be a clean operation not introducing
any impurities during attaching the filling pipe. Fill from the front end
gradualy withdraw the filling pipe or move the container forward.
Preferably fill from a silo and check that the starch is up to specification before start loading the starch. |
